Marshmallow Ambrosia
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min, Chill Time: 2 hours
1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks, drained
3 bananas, sliced
¾ cup mini-marshmallows
1-½ cups shredded coconut
Optional: ¼ cup confectioner's sugar
1. Combine first three ingredients, place in small bowls or glasses. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Chill.
