Wkids Glazed Pecans
(You'll need an adult helper for this one)
Makes 3-1/2 cups
Cook Time:10 min
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch salt
3 cups pecan halves
1. Place sugar, water, cocoa, cinnamon and salt in medium saucepan; stir well. Add pecans.
2. Bring mixture to boil, with aid of an adult assistant. Toss and stir constantly until liquid thickens and pecans are well coated, about 3 to 5 min.
3. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store airtight.
