Review of Mr. Clean Magic Eraser

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is something so new and different and WONDERFUL for parents that I had to try to find a way to get the word out.

I had received a free sample in the mail and tried it out myself. The package said it cleans crayon off of walls, as well as a host of other types of set-in dirt on all sorts of surfaces. I must admit, I was skeptical. But the sample came with a crayon and a square paint chip to try. So I did. I was impressed.

And then I took the Eraser and went all over my house testing it out. My dining room walls are painted with a special kind of oil-based paint, and the painter had warned me against using harsh chemicals on it or rubbing too hard. So I've just been living with the scuff marks and food stains from the baby. But voilà...a couple of swipes with the eraser and they were gone...with the paint job unblemished. Hallelujah! And then I tried the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the dining room chair that had for a year-and-a-half sported the red splotch from the "washable" (ha!) children's paint I'd been unable to get off. A little elbow grease and it was gone! And then I tried the ultimate test: The ballpoint pen "artwork" on the unfinished TV cabinet. I had thought I was going to have to get out the sandpaper for the cabinet, but the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser took care of the pen marks too.

It was strange: Suddenly, I WANTED to clean! The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is easy to use:

I went all over the house swiping at this and that with my Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, taking much less time than usual to get my house looking sparkling. It was so easy to use that my preschoolers can use it too (and believe me, I made sure they did, especially on those pen marks).

I know I must sound like I work for Proctor and Gamble's ad company, but this is really just spontaneous praise from a grateful mom! The best thing about this is that a 2-pack of Mr. Clean Magic Erasers retails for only about $2.19 as of the date of this writing.
